Biography
I have been in the mountains of Colorado for almost 4 years now and have taken up a bunch of sports. My main sport is trail/mountain running. I’ve been a runner for the majority of my life and switching it up to the mountains has been such a joy. There’s no other feeling like pushing hard uphill to stand on top of a summit and then to continue on the the next. A few of the achievements I’m most proud of are, setting a World Record in 2021 for the most vertical feet climbed in a single month (400,000 feet), being the first person to out and back the WURL (Wasatch Ultimate Ridge Linkup), setting the FKT for the Mosquito-Tenmile Traverse as well as a few other handfuls of FKTs throughout the mountains. I’m mainly focused on linking up big mountains together rather it’s a few peaks or up to 50+. Going from one peak to the next over the course of hours or days is what inspires me to keep pushing further outdoors and to be my best.
ATHLETE MENTORSHIP INITATIVE
The SCARPA Athlete Mentorship Initiative presented by Mountain Hardwear has been created to connect and engage
the SCARPA and Mountain Hardwear Athlete teams with accomplished athletes from historically marginalized
communities aspiring to take their sport or career to the next level. The mission of this program is to connect
mentors with mentees focused on the sports we serve to provide participants with opportunities for personal,
athletic and career development with the goal of helping to create a more inclusive and diverse community of
athletes.
