Biography
I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas around a great climbing community, and have been climbing pretty much since I was 2 years old. My mother is a climber and coach, so we practically lived at the gym in the winter. As for the outdoors, both of my parents are into high adventure. This meant that my sister Bethany and I got to spend many summers camping, climbing outdoors, and going to IFSC Vail World Cups. As of March 2023, I have been fortunate to have won 6 Youth National Gold medals, 4 Youth World Gold medals and 3 Elite National Gold medals, but I consider the friendships I have made along the way to be my greatest reward as an athlete. And how can I forget Riley my furry brother, who is truly the best traveling companion!
ATHLETE MENTORSHIP INITATIVE
The SCARPA Athlete Mentorship Initiative presented by Mountain Hardwear has been created to connect and engage
the SCARPA and Mountain Hardwear Athlete teams with accomplished athletes from historically marginalized
communities aspiring to take their sport or career to the next level. The mission of this program is to connect
mentors with mentees focused on the sports we serve to provide participants with opportunities for personal,
athletic and career development with the goal of helping to create a more inclusive and diverse community of
athletes.
