Biography

Born in 1991, I was a very chubby kid growing up. I discovered climbing at 21 in Barcelona, and after that I never wanted to do anything else. At 23, I traveled the world for 2 years and decided to emigrate to Canada in 2015. Because of the long winters I got really into snowsports, but after breaking a few bones I decided to focus again on climbing. After training for 2 winters I improved a lot, sending routes 5.12d and 5.13a and onsighting 5.12c. Moving to Squamish I got into trad climbing and really liked the process of head-pointing spicy routes. I’ve never been the bravest climber, and I was very scared of falling for years, but now I feel ready to bring all that fitness, mindset and skills to Ice and Mixed climbing. What I love about climbing the most, is that you can always improve and put effort towards something that inspires you, and that’s a very rewarding path. As an Athlete, my goal is to be able help others overcome all those barriers, through guiding, coaching and educating. I want to give back to the community that has given me so much and helped me have a life I could never imagine having.
