Biography
When not sipping a fine scotch, failing to catch a trout on the fly in the nearest river, or napping with one (or all) of my three dogs, you can find me climbing. I don’t discriminate, I’ll take it all – sport, trad, alpine, gym, comps…if vertical movement is involved, I’m in. When I’m not climbing for myself, I’m chairing the USAC Paraclimbing committee to promote excellence in competitive adaptive climbing, and teaching adaptive climbing training programs for Paradox Sports.
ATHLETE MENTORSHIP INITATIVE
The SCARPA Athlete Mentorship Initiative presented by Mountain Hardwear has been created to connect and engage
the SCARPA and Mountain Hardwear Athlete teams with accomplished athletes from historically marginalized
communities aspiring to take their sport or career to the next level. The mission of this program is to connect
mentors with mentees focused on the sports we serve to provide participants with opportunities for personal,
athletic and career development with the goal of helping to create a more inclusive and diverse community of
athletes.
