The Outdoor Retailer Snow Show is quickly approaching, kicking off at the Denver Convention Center on January 29, 2020. SCARPA will be exhibiting our newest product innovations in the ski, climb, trail, approach, and lifestyle footwear categories at the show. Here is a sneak peek of the products that we’ll be unveiling on the showroom floor for Fall/Winter 2020!

We are improving our already strong line of ski boots with the addition of the F1 LT alpine touring ski boot. The F1 LT furthers our mission to eliminate compromises by providing ultra-light, race-inspired performance with a highly capable feel on the ski down. This will be our lightest weight alpine touring boot that’s optimized for high-mileage missions and technical, ski-mountaineering descents.

SCARPA is slightly obsessed with improving and growing our industry leading climbing shoe collection. Our obsession continues for Fall 2020 with the addition of several new climbing models. The Drago LV climbing shoe is a new version of the current Drago. It has the same high level performance, but is designed with a modified fit to suit lower-volume feet. The Instinct family sees an expansion with the addition of the Instinct WMN, a high performance, women’s specific lace-up shoe that strikes the perfect blend of precision and flexibility. In addition to the Drago LV and Instinct WMN, we are launching the entirely new Reflex family. This collection of climbing shoes is oriented towards indoor climbing with a highly breathable and washable upper that suits the needs of gym climbers. The Reflex series includes men’s, women’s, and kids’ models as well as a rental specific option.

Launching in accord with our new climbing shoes for Fall 2020 is a GORE-TEX version of the Kalipe Approach shoe. The Kalipe GTX has the same outstanding traction and friction, from the Vibram Megagrip outsole, as the original with the added benefit of a waterproof-breathable lining that will let you approach your climbing destination in any weather condition!

The Outdoor Retailer Snow Show is where the industry will get a first look at the brand new SCARPA Manta Tech mountain boot. Our mountain collection has been built on decades of climbing experience that pushes our equipment forward into the future. We are continuing to push this category forward with the new Manta Tech that fills a key need for a warm, waterproof generalist boot that is perfect for snow ridges, glacier travel and general mountaineering.

The Rush Mid hiking shoe is the latest addition to the trail category. It combines trail running shoe agility and feel with hiking boot support and protection. The Rush Mid has a light and nimble synthetic upper that is paired with GORE-TEX waterproof-breathable protection which makes this trail shoe a great choice for a variety of missions.

SCARPA trail running is expanding upon the success of the multi-award winning Spin Ultra for next season by adding a few new additions to that family. The Spin Ultra GTX will provide the same lightweight cushion and traction as the original, in a version that is made to protect your feet on wet and snowy runs. The final trail running shoe addition is a GORE-TEX version of our Spring 2020 release, the Rush. This new shoe offers traction and weather protection for high mileage, running or hiking.

We are also very excited to release a heritage inspired lifestyle boot for Fall 2020, the Guida City. This new urban outdoor model adds a chic, modern twist to a boot design influenced by the rugged technical footwear that we are known for. This casual boot pays tribute to our legacy of innovation while keeping your style on trend.
