I like the shoes. Light and with plenty of foot box room. But…….the tongue needs more padding since lacing the shoes snug puts pressure on the top of my foot and with so little padding, the top of my foot gets sensitive and sore. I had to buy 3rd party pads to provide extra padding. Otherwise, like the shoes.

Love the consistent fit of Scarpa running/approach shoes. I typically wear a size EUR 43 or US 10 and have tuned into a 42.5 to dial the fit and stride with more precision.

Comfortable shoes with good cushioning. Have good traction on multiple terrain types. Fit my foot well. Have used them for run to rim and legs n get hikes in Nevada. Never had any foot issues.

The Golden Gate 2 ATRs are perfect for my needs. I run roads occasionally and they work well there but mostly on on hilly trails and I have no complaints. Light, comfortable with just the right amount of cushioning. One of my favorite shoes ever.
