    Most comfortable approachies ever

    Obviously variable based on foot shape but these are a dream. No hotspots, extremely grippy, and do everything I could want. Not necessarily a “stylish” shoe but that’s not the point.

    Light weight great for the approach

    I’ve worn this light weight shoe in Indian creek, joes valley and longer approaches in the Wasatch. The Rapid LT is Super comfortable and stiff enough to keep my feet comfortable in talus and in the desert.

    Covert, capable and classy approacher hiker scrambler

    Durable, supportive, comfortable, versatile from the city to the crag. A GREAT looking, very well built, medium weight shoe with good cushion, good tread, a bit of rocker, and a climbing zone under the big toe. This rig is a one stop shop for a climber. You only need these... and a pair of flip flops.

    Daily driver

    Great approach shoe that climbs decently well when needed for an approach shoe. Good balance for approach and climb better on the approach than the climb. If I plan to climb with my approach shoe I use the Gecko but the Rapid is what I use on most climbing days where an approach may involve moderate scrambling to get to the crag.
