All SCARPA non-plastic footwear and our Alien 3.0 uses European sizing.
- 1 Euro whole size = 6.6 mm = 0.26 inches
- 1 US whole size = 8.4 mm = 0.33 inches
- The 30 Euro sizes below cover the same size range as 24 US sizes
- Euro sizes provide a better, more precise fit for your intended use
- For mountaineering boots, upsize (1/2+ sizes) depending on desired fit.

It’s a flashy looking sneaker. The tongue on it is weird and will take getting used to, it is sewed along the inside of the shoe making just one flap towards the outside.
They are a bit stiff, different then asics I usually get but solidly made and I’m hoping a lot longer lasting then a few months like asics.
Plenty of toe room, though I may get thicker insoles to snug em up, haven’t decided yet. They have a good solid grip to the ground and decent bounce on the heal. There is arch supports in these shoes that I’ll also need to get used to but all in all they are a win for me so far.

Exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the grip and stability on challenging terrains/Rock jumping, it is truly surprisingly performing. Make sure to lace it properly, if you are just hiking, a lite tension is plenty good, but when running you want to have it firmly strapped to your foot, if you are looking for incredible response and stability.
I will give it a 10 with the cushion and the stability being the surprising strength factor.
Also very comfortable right out of the box-
