Width:

Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure snug but not tight, and ensure your arms are slightly down at your sides.

Length:

From the top of your shoulder, keeping the tape vertical, down to the end of your hip. Stand straight to ensure an accurate measurement.
