    New Favorite

The Instinct VSR LV takes the top spot as my new favorite Scarpa shoe. Feels very similar to the VSR but with a more snug fit and higher sensitivity. Great for all styles of climbing, and very reliable on various types of rock. It will quickly become the shoe that you will want to take good care of and break out for that send go.

    The perfect fit

The instinct VSR is the best shoe on the market and the LV is a great addition to the line up. If you have slightly smaller feet this shoe will hug you in all the right places.

    Sensitivity meets structure

I loved the toe rubber and structure of the Instinct VS, but wanted more sensitivity for better rock feel. I loved the sensitivity of the Drago, but wanted more structure for less foot fatigue. The VSR meets me right in the middle! Huge fan of this shoe; it's comfortably snug right out of the box and the rubber responds to the rock well without the frustrating break-in period I've come to expect from other shoes that feel overly slick for the first several uses. I'll be using this as my main steep bouldering shoe, and could even see it becoming an all-arounder for sport as well.

    Instinct VSR LV

Fits well. Finally a heel that fits my foot from the scarpa line. Break in was easy as well.

LOVED THESE SHOES Unfortunatly the shoes did not love my feet

Put these shoes on broke them in over a few sessions but immediately saw the little hole they put between the toepatch and the rest of the shoe slowly begin to open up eventually busting open before the toe rubber of the shoe was really compromised . I aboutsolutly love how they feel when its a shame that a hole was dug out. Wondering whether this is due to a slightly bigger intial gap than for the instict VS or VSR.

For reference am a 42 bought 41 had them probably wear out in 20-25 sessions of moslty indoor bouldering.
